What material are your plastic engraved tags made from?

They’re made from durable two-layer acrylic plastic. The top layer is your chosen colour, and engraving reveals the contrasting layer underneath.

Are plastic labels suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. These tags are UV-stable, weather-resistant and designed for long-term use in harsh environments.

Can I choose different colour combinations?

We offer a range of standard colour options. If you need something specific, we’re happy to help source it for you.

What are tie-on cable labels used for?

They’re designed for identifying electrical cables, instrumentation lines, and pipework—especially where adhesives won’t hold or environmental conditions are demanding.

Can each label have different text?

Yes. Upload your data in our Excel template and we’ll engrave each tag with the correct text, serial number or code.

Do the labels come with cable ties?

We can supply cable ties or you can order the engraved labels on their own—whatever works best for your project.

What grade stainless steel do you use?

We use 316-grade stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance—perfect for chemical, marine and industrial environments.

Will the engraving last over time?

Yes. Our laser engraving is permanent and designed to remain readable in harsh environments, even after years of exposure.

Can I request holes or slots in the tags?

Yes. Tags can be supplied with fixing holes, slots, or left blank—just let us know your specification when ordering.

Do you engrave directly onto the faceplate?

Yes. We engrave directly onto sockets, spurs, switches and other accessory plates—no labels or overlays.

What types of faceplates can be engraved?

We can engrave on brushed steel, white plastic and other standard finishes. Contact us if you have a specific material in mind.

Can you supply the plates as well?

Yes. We can either engrave plates you provide or supply fully engraved plates ready for installation.

What’s the turnaround time for custom labels?

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days – often faster.

Can I upload my own spreadsheet to create markers?

Yes. You can upload an Excel file with your required text. We use it to generate your labels quickly and accurately.

What’s your returns and refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with your product, please contact us. We offer refunds for the product cost, but shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
